Yoga Alliance offers four Yoga TTC programs in Goa, Indonesia: 100 Hours Yoga TTC, 200 Hours Yoga TTC, 300 Hours Yoga TTC, and 500 Hours Yoga TTC. Standards and procedures for yoga certification and proficiency were developed by the Yoga Alliance. One must finish the course in accordance with the established rules and criteria in order to guarantee certification of a yoga teaching program.
